We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. However, in the unlikely event that something goes wrong, here’s what we’ll do to put things right.

Damaged Items

All our parcels are carefully packed by hand, and we go to great lengths to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. If your order is damaged in transit, we will replace it.

Delivery Charges and Other Services

If you are returning an item, whether it’s because of an error on our part, damage, or you’re simply not completely satisfied, we’ll refund all delivery charges incurred by you (both for the initial delivery and the cost of returning it.

To Return an Item

Should you need to return any goods, we will refund the sale price and shipping as long as we are notified within 5 days of receipt and goods are returned unused, in original undamaged packaging and in a resaleable state. If the product returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we do reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct up to 25 per cent of the original selling price.

Cancelling an Order

You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within fourteen days of delivery. This does not cover Cakes specifically made for you, such as Wedding Cakes, Special Occasion Cakes or Cakes which have an expiry date of up to 14 days after the date of dispatch. When you send the item back, please package it securely.

If you’re returning items because of damage, an error on our part, or you’re not satisfied with the quality, in addition to a full refund, we will reimburse you for the cost of sending the items back. For your protection, we ask that you use a Recorded Delivery service when returning items, because proof of posting is not proof of receipt. Please note, in all other circumstances you would be responsible for the costs of returning items.
